Lifeís cycle

Anubis stands watch over night and day
Sniffing and listening for Osirisís bay
His heart full of joy as Sirius moves
In rhythm with the sun in celestial parade

Guarding the gates of time and space
Forcing back the wrinkled lines of fate
Forty dog days of summer
Passing so languid without a trace

And now your day of cycle has come
Under the watchful glare of Nebt-hetís son
How sweet these dog days of summer
When the day is done
